What do you want to do with it? Just Dolphin? Or are you planning on doing heavy gaming, streaming, or other video encoding?

i will wait until i get a 1000$ because the price in my country is high a build for 800$ from newegg or amazon is 1000$ here that why i was asking for a 600$ build so it will be here in my country for 800$
Try this :
_ i5 3570k + Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 -> i5 2500k + Asrock z68 Extreme 4 Gen 3 _ Nvidia GTX 550ti (higher than 1080p ) -> AMD 6670 (1080p - barely) i5 3570k and Nvidia GTX 550ti are much better but if those prices are too high for you then ...
