A bit of help on controller settings? (Particularly with Okami)

So, I have finally dumped my Okami Wii version to see how it looked like in HD via Dolphin. Turns out it was collecting dust because I couldn't stand the control scheme for the Wiimote they insisted on using for this version. So I got some hope that this time I could finally play it by using Dolphin, and I was setting up my X360 controller in the emulator somewhat similarly to the PS2 layout, which I loved. I even assigned the IR (Celestial Brush pointer) to the mouse and then used a tool to move the mouse using the analog stick of the X360 controller.

But this version of the game has such screwed up controls, it insists on not making my life easier. When I open up the Celestial Brush panel, the left analog starts to rotate the camera, so while I point the brush where I want, the camera also rotates. How freaking annoying!

So I was wondering... is there any way to set up the controls so that while I hold one button (Celestial Brush button), it activates a layout change (so it won't rotate the camera while I navigate the screen with emulated IR sensor), and when I release this same button, it activates the layout it had before? I know this sounds kinda complex to do, but it doesn't sound extremely far fetched, as a feature... I think. Maybe it exists somewhere and I haven't seen it, I don't know.

Additionally, when I want to set up a button for the Wiimote, I can bring up a more in-depth menu by clicking with the right button of the mouse over the button I want to configure. However, I have no idea of what are the functions of the "| OR"; "& AND"; "! NOT" and "+ ADD" scripts, nor I could find any information on them around here (sorry if I didn't make a proper search... I really couldn't find it). Could anyone clarify what they do exactly?

Thanks a lot!

Leave IR as is.
Replace movement with
Code:
`Whatever_you_already_have` & !`Button`
Old: (Show Spoiler)
You could assign IR up/down/left/right to:
`Analog up/down/left/right` & `Button`

and movement to:
`Analog up/down/left/right` & !`Button`
