Hi,
After doing some research on this forum about the choppy sound using LLE in SMG1, SMG2, it turned that the cause of this was the processing power, it was said that it needed a 3570k at 4.2Ghz wich I already have but the choppy sound was there.
After doing some resarch myself I tried different API sound and none of them fixed the issue, in fact no option in Dolphin fixed the issue, so i wondered if there was something in my system bottlenecking SMG and it turned out it was the GPU.
When playing and having GPU-Z running in the background i found that the GPU frequency was in 2D so 300/150Mhz wich wasn't sufficient for running SMG properly. So in order to activate 3D mode i turned on some graphics intensive option like antialising and anisotropic filter (wich I Maxed). And it worked the sound now is perfect wathever the situation, in fact it's not even runnig in 3D mode but in UVD mode witch is 500/1450 and it seems to be sufficient.
I hope it helps.
