Hello, I am planning on building a gaming PC with a GTX 750ti in it but I noticed in the documentation, "Direct3D10/OpenGL3 Required. This means AMD Radeon 4xxx, NVIDIA GeForce 8xxx, or Intel HD 2xxx minimum! Anything older than that will most likely not work or will have significant glitches" I know I am probably asking a dumb question but can I still use the 750 TI? thanks.

NVIDIA changed their naming scheme when they reached 9800 to 3 digits instead of 4 but their going back to 4 with the latest generation .https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Nvidia_graphics_processing_units

I thought I would be stuck with 720p. Thanks.

Keep an eye on the letters, if they are after the number, it's old. If they are before the numbers, it's newer (e.g. GeForce 8800 GS < 9800 GTX < GTX 480 < GTX 1080 and so on)...

Well, Ti cards still have letters before their numbers, so, we can say it's implicit they are newer too Angel

Will handle 1080p just fine. I run a GT 730 and have no issues whatsoever with Wii games anymore~
