7465 x64 LLE causes hang

On r7465 x64 with DSP LLE enabled games hang on launch.

Wind Waker locks up on launch, straight after clearing code cache.
Mario Kart doesn't even get that far and i see no yellow text.
Twilight Princess gets to clearing code cache with the "Press A to continue" froze in the background.

As soon as HLE is re-enabled games launch fine again.

start and stop zelda a few times to get it running.

or disable dsp lle on thread.
