6554 Arch linux Write Rest op out of range

Hey Guys,

I'm looking for some help getting 6554 working on my system again after a recent Update,
I can't tell which Library/Component has been updated on my PC but I cannot load any games with Dolphin.

What type of information do you guys need to help figure this one out?
