Hi, have you tried updating your Catalyst driver? The latest beta fixes a lot of issues and increases performance. Also, try setting everything in the 3D Application Settings to the performance side of the slider. I get full framerate in Skyward Sword in the graphics department. (As long as I read what you posted correctly.) I'm assuming you are talking about an AMD Radeon HD 7670M GPU. That's what I have. Could you also tell us what type of CPU you have? (Model, Product Line, Etc.)

EDIT: I looked at your specs. Your CPU is a bit on the weak side. That may be your main problem.
