64bit better than 32?

I never needed more than 1.5gb in any game, and thats why I never upgraded it, I run my windows at 756mb RAM used aprox. and 1.2gb when using dolphin, and I keep my windows background process very clean (*kill googleupdate.exe* LOL) so I guess more than 2gb isnt necessary, for me at least, although when using adobe aplications I feel that I could use like 4gb more XD

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 960 @ 3.6 GHz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 2GB GDDR5
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-870A-USB3 AM3+ Revision
RAM: HyperX 8GB Dual Channel @ 1600Mhz

64 bit is just too fast then 32 bit.Correct me If I'm wrong.
