60fps seems not smooth with opengl/vulkan

Hello everyone, I'm having issues while running dolphin on opengl or vulkan: my games are sometimes not smooth at all, even if I have a consistant 60 fps (and even with lowest setting like native resolution).
What is a bit strange too is that it is the case too for directx11 if I play in non-exclusive full-screen mode. However in the last case, enabling v sync allow the game to be smooth like it should be.
What could be the origin of that problem, and how could I solve it?
(another thing I noticed is that my games are not in exclusive full-screen mode under opengl or vulkan, no matter what I do, because even with v sync off there is no tearing, so my computer probably create a v sync itself)

If you're on Windows (which if you're using Direct X, you are,) it's going to be smoother on Windows unless you're in exclusive fullscreen. Obtaining exclusive fullscreen depends on your monitor and drivers, if you're not getting it, I can't especially help you, we have to rely on the drivers to detect it.

No the latest build change nothing, I still have this issue, and I m on windows with a Nvidia gtx1060, latest driver, and exclusive full-screen, windows or borderless full-screen change nothing for the problem Wink

So I did lots of test and saw that I finally had problem only with opengl, and not matter what I did it would not go in exclusive full-screen, any ideas?

The nvidia driver used to have a small amount of shader variant generation stutter, even with ubershaders enabled, when using OpenGL. I don't know if they fixed that, but make sure you have the latest drivers anyway.

And if it doesn't stutter on DX11 (or vulkan), then just use that
