So I got me the Dolphin emulator and thought oh how cool finally I can play Gamecube games on my laptop ... Wrong thought, because after I opened Zelda wind waker it has flown down to 15 fps. I can not get more. Are there any settings that help me to get permanently 60fps? I also put things like processor, graphics card here as well as operating system down here. It would be nice if you could find something for me.

MacBook: (13 inches, late 2009)

Processor: 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Memory: 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 9400M 256 MB

Integrated screen: 2-inch (1280 x 800)

Sata hard drive 250 GB

If you can help, thank you a lot.

The only things you can reasonably do to go faster:

1. dual boot (boot camp) Windows or Linux - Apple's OpenGL frontend is ancient and abandoned.

2. Download the latest development build

The above steps may not get you to full speed. Your hardware is old.

Beyond that, your computer is almost a decade old. You really need at minimum a sandybridge class or better CPU and a haswell class or better GPU to get appreciable performance out of Dolphin.

Also, Windwaker has a Max of 30FPS Smile
