60 FPS but laggy

60 FPS but laggy

I’m playing melee on my pc and it shows 60fps on the stats bar. But the game is laggy. I already tried changing backend and screen resolution. Please help Sad

Laggy in what way? Does it slow down, or is it only rendering maybe half of the frames?

Did you turn off VSync in the graphics tab? that mode can sometimes be an issue for graphics cards and slow down frame data just to force it to stay at 60 FPS.

If that had been the problem, it should've brought the FPS counter down with it. But indeed, vsync essentially forces all framerates that are less than 60 but not less than 30 to be 30.
