Hi. No my friend. I didn't try Open GL because i always use Direct3D. As i know Direct3D is much better. If i remember correctly Open GL we used often the old days.

OpenGL is often times a lot faster on nvidia hardware and generally more accurate. Direct3D 11 is not "much better"

For some reason, OpenGL has always been slower for me than DX11 and I don't get why. I have a GTX 660Ti GPU with a 3570K CPU.

Also, is DX12 faster than OpenGL on Windows 10?

In most cases, DirectX 12 has proven to be faster than OpenGL in most games.

I'm not sure how true that will be once the missing features gets merged though. JMC47 would know more about that.
