5.0 - 11707 Can't proceed because VCRUNFIME140_1 was npt found

That was the error message I got when I installed and tried to run Dolphin, and this happened right when I opened Dolphin.exe and nothing else in the folder yet, do you know what is going on?

The Download page has the following message:

[color=#333333]Do that, and then you'll have all the required DLL.[/color]
