I played ZERO II from beginning till end using F9 to take screen captures. I wanted to upload the pictures but to my surprise, there is a folder with the game's title code but nothing inside of it.
I only tested it on 4.0 and above.
I'm using Windows 8.1.
There is no problem when using OGL to take screen captures. However, since 4.0365 it also affects OGL.

4.271

4.313
DX11 will crash the application. OGL won't crash the application

4.371 could not open (FILENAME) error saving screenshots OGL aswell

4.399 problem fixed

Support for directories with different coding (Japanese), maybe?

Tried running as Admin? Since it's in the C:\Users folder, you'll need permissions to write there.

Other than that the only thing I could think of is that it has trouble with the Japanese folder name maybe.. Just a wild guess.

Running as administrator will still crash the application、it is DX11 at fault.

Don't post useless posts like that. "Still" can mean anything, you didn't even mention what version you used.

This is because you have non-ascii characters in your user path. Sorry.
