I have been playing a gamecube game (naruto gekitou ninja taisen 4) on version 3.0 which was working fine at 50-60 fps. then i went ahead and installed PokePark 2 for the wii and while it started up perfectly i got multiple error messages, now i installed Dolphin 4.0.2 and while PokePark 2 worked perfectly it was running slow. then i tried the gamecube game which i mentioned earlier and it was very laggy as well. i'd like to play PokePark 2 on 50-60 fps if possible.
(i'm not a native english speaker so bear with me.)

First of, old builds are not supported.

I would try the latest dev-build since it's had a bunch of speed improvements and higher compatibility than 4.0.2
You'll find the latest builds here.

Also keep in mind that you need to update Visual C++, which can be found here.
