Can someone make an apk overwriting 4.0-9075 with the wii, classic controller, etc touchscreen controllers and movement? Maybe if we just try this out, people might stip complaining about the driver being broken in the new updates.

Plz tell me you were talking about adding the controls from the new update and code into 9075 and didnt misread thinking I said fix drivers in new update... Also, off topic sorry but I didn't know people actually used HP Envys...
I didn't mention GPU drivers, did I? So, yeah, I didn't misread anything and still not going to happen. Possible? Yes, after all Dolphin is open source and you or anyone else interested can backport the new controller interface to older versions with some effort, just don't expect us rolling back nearly 2k commits just for the sake of running Dolphin on a device that's having issues with current builds due very buggy drivers and that can't reach full speed (not even close) on any game, even on that old 4.0-9705 build you guys seems to keep glorifying.
About the HP Envy, if you're suggesting they're bad, sorry, you're wrong. Despite some overheat issues that I minimized by using a good aftermarket thermal compound (and that almost all laptops on this class have, be it from HP or other manufacturers), it's a pretty solid laptop. I have it for almost 4 years now and didn't have not even a single problem with it, and although aging nowadays it's still handles Dolphin and all games I own at constant speeds on at least 720p, unlikely any Android device (except, maybe, for the NVIDIA Shield TV).

TheGamerPro: Please learn how to compile your own builds. "git cherry-pick" is very easy to use, so you don't need any coding skills to get what you want. But if you don't want to learn anything, please stop spamming with such requests.

Did I say rollback the whole app just because s6 and s7 drivers aren't working? No. I said only one apk should have the interface from 5.0. HP Envy sucks because it overheats every single 10 minutes like damn. Those things are for poor people 10-17-2016, 08:16 PM

You've choosen a device which is called to have broken drivers. Both of you have got what you've wanted. Have fun. 10-17-2016, 08:18 PM
