So when 7840 came out, I couldn't run it. I have to get the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable to be able to run it. Easy. Got it working for about 2 weeks. But now it won't open up :/ When I double click the application it just does nothing. I check the Task Manager and it'll be running in the Background processes. It'll come up occasionally but it'll just crash. Not sure what to do. Any help will be appreciated. (Weird thing is, 7161 and everything thing other than 7840 works for me.) Thanks!

You need the VC 2015 redistributable to run the current win64 development builds, not the VC 2013 redistributable. If you don't have it, then that's probably why Dolphin won't run for you.

(Also if you recall, it worked for a bit, but now it won't. It won't even open up, can't see anything.) EDIT: Stupid, didn't type 2015 ![]() |
