Starting with 4.0-4583, the black square on the upper right corner is back in Sonic Colors, although this time it only occurs when you do a speed boost. This affects D3D only, OpenGL is unaffected.

There's another regression with this build: 10% performance loss in NSMB title screen [EFB->RAM, 6xIR]
Also caused by commit PR #1503 by kayru

4.0-4577: 66 fps
4.0-4583: 60~61 fps

UPDATE: The PR #1689 test build doesn't fix the performance regression.
