Bug
This is for intel hd graphics 4400, 4000, and maybe older. As this thread is too old, please pm me for questions.

TurboK has updated his codebase to a much newer dolphin version. That thread is newer, but also old enough to be necroposting.

These are the most annoying I've found.

I do not think build 4.0-1288 is supported. That build is over two years old. You should test it again on the latest development build (which is 4.0-9222 as of now) and resubmit your issue again if it still occurs.
I think you are still using Direct3D 9 in that build. There is no longer any support for Direct3D 9 and 32-bit. There is only Direct3D 11, Direct3D 12 or OpenGL. You should use a 64-bit build in case you did not.
If you are not able to use the latest development version, then I am afraid you are out of luck. Your best option would be to upgrade your PC.

Why are you using this old build? You seem to run Windows 10 at 64 bit. And your Intel HD Graphics 4000 should have support for Direct3D 11.

I forgot to mention this still happens, I just isolated that build. My current build is 4.0-9219.

As for New Super Mario Bros. Wii, I did not come across any issues in the past 100 builds. It must be your hardware or drivers I think. I can not verify the issue for F-Zero.

It isn't any better.

Also slow depth seems to help.

If you go to Device manager, click on Intel HD 4000, and go to Properties, does the driver version end with 4358? if not, install this driver update

Also check that you have the latest version of DirectX installed by running the DirectX Web Installer.

Post your Dolphin configuration here as pictures (uploading to imgur or some other hosting site and linking here is the easiest way)
