Im using a Wu Wiimote with madcatz battery. I tried it with bluestacks. Dolphin can see the wiimote. When i start up a game, controls work for 10 seconds then wiimote's lights go off and disconnects. (wiimote closes itself) Any ideas? I saw people getting Wu wiimote work

Thanks

Some third-party Wiimotes work, some don't. The only Wiimotes that actually work at the moment are the older official Nintendo Wiimotes (the ones without motion plus included in the Wiimote). Until the new Wiimote issues get sorted out, try to find one of those older models, or maybe someone with a working third-party Wiimote that works will post here. You could also look here and find some answers. http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=20110

Have you got any guess on when 3rd party wiimotes might start working if ever? I bought two of some 3rd party wiimotes for dolphin too only to realize they don't work since they always disconnect pretty soon after the game starts (I can only like get through the "Press any key" menu and then I get disconnected).

I'm not sure what the manufacturer is but the wiimotes got the inbuilt motion plus and the device name is "Nintendo RVL-CNT-01".

Sadly official Nintendo Wiimotes is the only way to properly play Wii games in Dolphin. 3rd Party Wiimotes is a hit and miss.
Old Wiimotes without Motion + and the semi new ones with built in Motion + branded Nintendo RVL-CNT-01 in the device list is working perfectly.

Too bad you didn't come here to read in the forum first before you bought your 3rd Party Wiimotes.

Is there any chance that the 3rd part motes will start working? Are the third-party really that different from the official ones and how they actually differ?
