3rd Party remote is hell

Hello,
I bought this 3rd party remote on aliexpress https://aliexpress.com/item/32795655851.html, and I'm using a bluetooth dongle also from aliexpress.
The problem is I can't even find the wiimote in bluetooth, it can find my phone and tablet, but not the wiimote, I tried and my phone can't find the wiimote neither.
I tried in passtrough mode, and with toshiba stack, apparently I don't need to modify the driver because my ID is already compatible (USB\VID_0A12&PID_0001) but the software isn't working with my bluetooth dongle at all...
I'm quite desperate, does anyone has a solution? I don't understand why I'm not even seeing the bluetooth device

You should not be using both of these at the same time. Also you want to connect your wiimote in dolphin, not in windows.

Make sure to remove any pairing in your operating system! It will interfere with Dolphin's ability to connect with the Wii Remote.
