I know this thread is a little early but...
The new console is going to be release very soon, It will have a great games and all of them ,you know (3D)
So, dolphin team: you made a great emulators for both great consoles GC/WII and an emulator for Playstation 2 too
so what Im saying is 3DS emulator WONT BE HARD FOR YOU DOLPHIN TEAM actually it will be hardTongue.. I mean very hard Dodgy but not Imposable.. Rolleyes
oh and yeah you already made the 3D vision

I think yes.

But first, Dolphin will be able to emulate all the games (GC & Wii version) perfectly.

So, I'm sorry, but it will be years before it comes out a decent emulator for 3DS. Smile
