Ho do you use background input with the Wii remote? I don't see an option for it.
Edit: Okay, I didn't know there was more than one Wii remote plug-in. Anyway, Twilight Princess for the Wii, as I suspected, doesn't work right with default settings. Disabling EFB copy just produces a black screen, so instead you need to go into the individual game's options and enable the TP bloom hack. You'll have the issue with the un-mirrored world with mirrored controls, but the 3D will work.
Edit 2: Also, it's funny. Nintendo sobs about how difficult it is to relay the 3D effect of the 3DS to the public, when there's clearly a multitude of ways they can do so. Even for people without 3D televisions or computers, they could easily show people with red/blue glasses.
