3D Vision?

As far as I understand, there were a bunch of revisions a few months back that messed around with the 3d Vision. Now on 1607, there is NO 3D Vision checkbox in any of the DX11 pages. And Ctrl-T doesn't work on either DX9 or DX11.
Is 3D Vision support removed or something? Is there another way for it to work?
And https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=5990?

I thought 3Dvision was always a d3d9 only option in dolphin?

I don't believe there's been any work on improvements for years (literally). In fact, it has regressed and I can no longer use the Nvidia quick key to go 3D mode (use to use that for DX11). DX11 has never had a 3D checkbox on Dolphin.

Wish someone would fix this! This shouldn't be that hard, every pc title can be switched to 3D mode, even games made a decade ago. Not sure what the heck they did with Dolphin to prevent that.....

There's no need for improvement on a feature which is already implemented and finished. I really hope you were talking about improvements on the 3D vision feature, because if you were talking about Dolphin as a whole, you must've been living under a rock in the past few years.

Well thanks for telling us that stuff broke, the issue is unlikely to get fixed unless you tell us which revision broke it, however.

Sorry, but do you have any idea what you're talking about? Most people who say "this shouldn't be that hard" don't, so please refrain from stating such things. It's usually just annoying for devs to read complaints like this when people like you could just sit down for an hour or two and actually figure out what broke the feature in the first place.

Dolphin isn't like any regular PC title. Deal with it, thanks.

I was of course referring to 3D vision. I see the activity daily and it still impresses me.

I opened and commented on various bugs around this on the tracker for the past few years (wespipes69):

I know, that did sound noobish. I just haven't seen any attempts to fix it, so it's unclear how much work would be involved in resolving the remaining issues (stability, input issues, lack of Nvidia hotkey functionality).

Mostly I say that because when the hotkey DID work, it only worked in DX11 mode which I don't believe had any Dolphin work on it. Doing this on my monitor worked perfect and didn't have all the side effects from using the built-in Dolphin 3D feature. It seemed like where they WASN"T work, it actually performed the desire way. Ok, that's fine. I just know it CAN work like these old games with no built in 3D support. It did before and some day, I hope that functionality returns. Not saying for sure it's Dolphin, for all I know, it IS Nvidia driver change. But a good dev investigation could uncover the truth. Here's hoping one of the devs gets the motivation to look into this.

Please don't use red text on a white background. It's painful to read.

Try using Tridef 3D. It costs a ton of money, but looking at your profile picture, I think you know your way around (hint: kicka** instead). It looks great and barely sacrifices performance because it just reads the z-axis and uses the single rendition under Power3D, regular 3D mode messes it up in Dolphin. You must use the 32 bit version of Dolphin though for this to work. SM galaxy doesn't work with this though. From experience, almost any 3D emulator can somehow be configured to work with this program, like project 64 (it's a pain, but works with the right plugin and config), Dolphin (easy), PCSX2 (must use http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-Gsdx-3D-Stereoscopy-Patch for it to work), epsxe though, I don't know, but one person somehow got it working and didn't say how, probably others, but that's all I can think of right now.
