Unable to change the internal resolution with the IL version. Sad

Maybe just a temporary issue. I had this one time in 3661 after enabling and disabling Native Resolution. Restarted Dolphin, and that was it. I don't think that this info is so important, or even common, maybe you just enabled Native Resolution/2x or something.
