360 usb contoler and metroid prime echoes 2 for gamecube issue...

I'm playing metroid prime echoes 2 the gamecube game on the latest 64bit version of the dolphin emulator on windows 7. Im using a usb 360 controller and the game actually runs smooth and fast I suppose my gaming pc helps with that, anyways when moving the character in the game with the left stick on my 360 controller sometimes it jsut doesnt respond accurately and it kind of stutters. is there a fix for this?

Which plugin are you using for the controller i had a issue (push left on analog and character would turn left but then would go right) with the 360/keyboard one switched to njoy
