Does it say something like "Please plug Nunchuk in ?"
-> "Emulated Wiimote" - Config - Extension tab - Select "Nunchuk"
You will need to disable Gamecube Controller for some games -> Dolphin - Configure - Gamecube tab - Select "Port 1" = None
Real = Real Wiimote (Won't work unless you have a wiimote)
Hybrid = Real Wiimote + your controller or keyboard
