Is there a way to set my right thumbstick as the IR cursor without it automatically centering itself when I let go of the stick? I hope I am explaining this correctly... When I push the stick lift and then let go of it I want the cursor to move left as long as I am holding the stick left and then stop where it is when I let go, does that make sense? Can it be done?
360 controller as IR without centering?

I know you can do it with a mouse, I don't think you can with a controller.

Oh, ok :/
What is the proper place for suggesting features to the devs? This functionality would be extremely useful for people who use gamepads 12-05-2015, 06:26 AM

How come they haven't bothered to fix it yet? I know a little C++ and it seems like something like this would be incredibly easy to code, though I am far from an experienced programmer so please correct me if I'm wrong. 01-22-2016, 02:16 AM

Maybe I'm a little late, but there's a fully working workaround You can set the IR to the mouse and use any mapping software (I use Xpadder) to map your Right Stick to Cursor movement Btw, it's switching between absolute and relative input what you're asking for. Dolphin only supports absolute: The exact point where your stick is determines the exact point where the IR is. It's the same with the cursor. The exact position of the cursor is the exact position of the IR. It doesn't support relative input, so the direction of your Right Stick determines a movement of the IR instead of its position, but a mapping software would do great |
