Yeah, good monitor overhaul (usage: emu and movies), now i will keep it for sure/the big size and buy a better same resolution but 27" high quality one for PC gaming.

I now have a 4070-ti (9700F), now i'm aware all my games will work perfecty after Red Stell 2 and Metroid Prime3 tests...

What about refresh rate, the 32GN600 looks worse at 60hz (rting), how to make Dolphin output in 120hz anyway it outputs 60 FPS please !!

//

EDIT : forgot to mention i seen 1/2 NV sync from NVPinspector making textures transparent (don't rememberw wich game), could it be a problem for Dolphin ?..
Thanks for ALL Wink

Simply by setting your monitor's refresh rate to 120Hz (or any other higher refresh rate that's a multiple of 60Hz); this can be done through either your GPU's control panel or your OS's display control panel.

Note that you may need to disable variable refresh rate whether through your monitor or your GPU (will be labeled as either "adaptive sync", "freesync", or "g-sync"), otherwise your monitor will probably just end up going back to 59.94Hz in Dolphin.

Additionally, that monitor has a backlight stobing function labeled "1ms Motion Blur Reduction" so, depending on your tastes, you may find the resulting image to look better or worse with strobing enabled, so play around with it. Note that this is incompatible with variable refresh rate on that monitor and, considering Dolphin's 60fps games, this should also ideally be combined with your monitor running at a refresh that is a multiple of 60Hz (in your monitor's case, the only option would be the previously-mentioned 120Hz).
Dolphin 5.0 CPU benchmark

CPU: Pentium G3258 @ 4.5GHz 1.24v
GPU: Intel integrated
RAM: 4x4GB Corsair Vengence @ DDR3-1600
OS: Linux Mint of some variety + [VM] Win7 SP1 x64

My desktop monitor setting is set to 120hz, all games run at 120hz by default except some rare crazy ones that need to use max refresh rate (Marlow Briggs... unable by any setting to stop at 120, perhaps Afterburner could lock framerate) and few others locked at 60hz (Split/Second Velocity...).

Rting quote 60hz :
Quote:Decent response time at 60Hz. Unlike at higher refresh rates, the 'Normal' setting delivers the best results overall as there's too much overshoot with 'Fast' and 'Faster'. Sadly, there's still noticeable black smearing and blur behind fast-moving objects with the 'Normal' setting.

Yes, i can disable Freesync by monitor menu option instead setting half-VSynv in NVPInspector. Is it recommended over 1/2 VSync ?

Rting quote 120hz :
Quote:Rise / Fall Time

BFI darkens the screen overhaul, i'll look at it today to see if backlight strobbing enhances Wiimote effectiveness, with no hope.

Rting quote BFI:
Quote:Unfortunately, it's only available in the upper range of refresh rates, and the timing is a bit off, causing some duplications.

Longest Pulse Width Brightness
164 cd/m²

Shortest Pulse Width Brightness

Rting quote Input Lag:
Quote:Fantastic low input lag, resulting in a very responsive gaming experience. Enabling the variable refresh rate feature causes the input lag to increase slightly, but it isn't noticeable.

Native Resolution @ Max Hz

Native Resolution @ 120Hz
6.0 ms

Native Resolution @ 60Hz

I tested integrated VSync ON/OFF fluctuates from 50+ to 75+ FPS ! NVPinspector 1/2 VSync (Dolphin Emulator profile) keeps screen at 120hz stable, so it's better.

I could have disabled Freesync (again) to retest integrated VSync behavior but 120@1/2 stable looks good thanks to NVPinspector anyway. Wink

Freesync is ON.
