30fps cap

Is there anyway to cap ceartin Wii games or all games at 30fps cause some games run at 60 and I can hit 45-50 but it'd be easier if it was just locked at 30

That's only possible if someone has made a game-specific hack that does that. I don't think I've seen any framerate reducing hacks before - people are more interested in making framerate increasing hacks.

These kind of hacks exists through CWCheats on PPSSPP, don't know if Dolphin supports something like this.

Your specs are good enough, though. What games are you struggling with? Make sure you´re not overheating and that you´re using High Performance mode on Windows.
