r7617 is Dolphin 3.0. r7627 fixed the SCons build, which is used in builds fo
other operating systems, namely OSX.

r7616 is NOT Dolphin 3.0. That was a mistake I made. It has been removed to
(hopefully) stem the tide of duplication and confusion.

r7617 is Dolphin 3.0.
r7627 is exactly the same as r7617 except it has a fix for SCons (for OSX) build.
(basically, both are Dolphin 3.0)

If anyone still has a copy of the incorrectly labeled r7616, please delete it, or, at
least, don't redistribute it.
I'm compiling a correctly named version of r7616 for those of you who think that
you'd be loosing something if you deleted it. It is exactly the same, just labeled
correctly.

EDIT: fixed switched 6 & 7 >.<
