3.0-587 Will not create memory card

Might also be a regression from aram-dma-fixes and/or memcard-delay, could anyone test if this bug happens on recent master builds?

just make sure you select yes and press whatever key is mapped to 'A'. even if you select yes a memory card will not be created if you press 'B'

Thank you for this. All this time I was trying to press "Start / Enter" when the game was creating it's first save. Of course the button was wrong and I should have pressed "A" instead. Tried it and the game created a memory card file.

Anyway though, I think Dolphin still crashes if I try to format a memory card in the Memory Card Manager, but at least now I don't have to do so.
