Ntsc-U is the version of the game, Ntsc-U = USA version.
Pal version = EUR version Ntsc-J = Japan version

EDIT: Good news, I obtained the PAL version of the game from a friend, and the texture pack is working gloriously! Thanks for your efforts on the NTSC version though, I still think you should upload it for anyone that might be interested in it in the future 11-09-2013, 09:29 AM
Great high-res set, It's really awesome, one of the best high-res I have ever seen.

I'm probably doing something wrong, but I don't believe those textures are loading for me. I downloaded the ones that Hyperspeed reuploaded (thanks for that btw) and there doesn't seem to be a difference. I have "load custom textures" checked and I'm playing the NTSC version of the game. I have the files in the directory: User\Load\Textures\RSFP99 (also had without RSFP99). I'm guessing I'm overlooking something silly.
***edit*** I've tried a few versions of Dolphin and none seem to work. Also tried using "RSFE7U" since that applies to the NTSC version and still no dice. Also forgot to mention the version I'm mainly using (of Dolphin that is) is 3.5-127. 01-16-2014, 09:15 PM

In order for High Resolution Textures to work, you need to use the 'D3D9 Backend' and have the 'Texture Cache Accuracy' on the fastest setting. I hope that helps fix your problem. 01-16-2014, 11:27 PM
I wonder if it would be a reasonable idea to try and grab the textures from the Vita port of Muramasa and use them as a texture upgrade for the Wii version. Then again, they may still be the same resolution/quality as we already have.
