my specs are intel i5-460m turbo boost 2.8ghz, 4gb ram, nvidia 435m 1gb vram on a dell laptop

Does the simple task of connecting a second real Wiimote really heavily slows a game down? This cannot be. Thus, you must be talking about split-screen.

In that case, since things will need to be rendered twice, more work has to be done by the GPU. If your graphics settings are too high for your GPU, then it may become the bottleneck. Have you tried lowering the GFX settings?
My computer specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66Ghz - 2GB of DDR2 RAM (400Mhz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512

yes just the simple task of connecting the second real wiimote slows down dolphin with about 15fps, especialy in wii sport resorts, could this be beacause i have a normal white wiimote and the other one is a black japanese real wiimote one? and it is stupid when i play split screen games to be slow as well what the hack my laptop is not that slow (i5-460m 2.8ghz, gforce 435m 1gb, 4gb of ram) this is clearely a emulator problem

suggestion: ditch the "craptop" and get a powerful tower or just live with it.

That's strange actually. Have you tried to use a emulated wiimote for the 2nd wiimote instead of using a real one and see if the game slows down again?
