Here's my situtation;
I am trying to have more than 4 people in the same game of mario kart on a single machine. Zero problems with performance, screen output or my local dwc_network_server_emulator.
The trouble starts when I start to connect actual wiimotes. Both instances start fighting for control over the remotes, which ends with the remotes not working at all or working partially in both instances at the same time. I'm connecting them via the built-in bluetooth of my Intel 7625. I have tried to select different numbers in the Dolphin controller config with no change in result.
My questions:

My questions:
- Can I connect multiple bluetooth adapters and force an instance to use it? If Windows is a limitation I can boot over to Ubuntu.
- Can I limit which bluetooth devices an instance will choose?
