On rev 3661 I got that same error attempting to run Paper Mario TTYD, but I only got it once. After I clicked yes it never came up again.

Specs:
Laptop
T9300 2.5 GHz Core 2 Duo
4 gigs of ram
7200 rpm hard drive
Geforce 8600M GT (256 mb)
Vista 32 bit
