I can run the game full speed, but not the audio. No matter what settings i've tried I can't get the audio to work. It plays fine in the intro video, and then it all goes downhill once on the main menu or in game. I checked, it's running at 100%. Just not the sound. LLE and HLE both sound the same. Other games like Twilight Princess, Wind Waker and Pokemon XD play fine, just this game has issues with sound

The audio in this game won't work unless the iso is a full unshrunk 1:1 image of the original disc. Try re-ripping the disc again using CleanRip.

Sorry for the bump, but disabling logs did not help me in this instance. The intro runs at full speed, but when I reach the title screen, 40 fps and yes, I verified the dump is indeed clean. It matches all the SHA1, MD5 and CRC32 as well as the right file size here on redump.org - http://redump.org/disc/6954/
Using Dolphin x64 4.0-2651, tried various combinations of settings, nothing. Yet all other ISO images run at full speed, so, there's something jacked up. If the dump is clean, exactly 1459978240 bytes and matches all the hashes that indicate said clean state, why on earth is the framerate 40/60 when other equally intense games run at 60 fps?

Have you tried LLE audio? There have been some changes to audio-handling to fix issues like this.

Sure did. didn't do jack squat, and yes, I have checked the the ISO image is 100% verified and clean, so that's definitely not an issue, at least, it shouldn't be relevant to the issue. In fact, all other games I have on my HDD don't have this issue; heck, even F-Zero GX runs full speed and that's a pretty intensive game IIRC. So maybe it's simply bad luck on my part, or something broke in Dolphin; either way, with my system specs being the way they are, either they're powerful enough or that Dolphin has gotten (or will) to the point where I have to upgrade to a six-core Core i7 Extreme CPU. This shouldn't by all rights be happening, can anyone else confirm this, for months I haven't been able to play this game properly despite it being a good dump.

Edit: The ironic part, the same ISO runs without any issues on Dios Mios/Nintendont, yes, the very same cleanly ripped ISO image. Not to mention there is absolutely no reason why it should run at 40 fps when other games run at 60 on Dolphin; oddly enough, the intro video runs at full speed and has no audio issues.
