Personally, I'd say the GeForce 410M is the thing holding you back, but it shouldn't hold you back nearly that much. Especially considering that you have an Intel Core i5 inside your PC. One thing that I could suggest is that you might try changing your Graphical Backend to OpenGL, as it Nvidia GPUs usually fare better with OpenGL.

The 410M is probably weaker than recent Intel iGPUs, and maybe on par with a HD 3000. So I wouldn't be surprised at all if it couldn't even handle 1x at full speed in anything but the most lightweight games. Also, OP, it's not a GTX card, but simply an outdated mobile GPU.

Your CPU is not that good either, considering it's a mobile CPU and it's not really recent.

Well, the 410M is a very weak GPU, so bad performance is to be excepted. Not nearly this bad however, you should at least be able to run games at Native Resolution @ 60FPS considering that you have an i5 (even if it is a weaker model). I just searched up the Geforce 410M, and I was flabbergasted to discover that it supports DirectX12 according to Nvidia's website. If you are on Windows 10, DirectX12 will give you a BIG performance boost. So, if you are on Windows 10 select the DirectX12/Direct3D12 Backend and try again. Also, make sure you're on the latest driver that your GPU supports, as driver updates can raise performance.

I thought Dolphin were a less demanding emulator...even PCSX2 works at least at 40fps.

Having an i5 does not automatically mean it'll run good. And sadly, the GPU doesn't actually support DX12, even though the site says it does because it's a Fermi card, and the drivers don't support DX12 on them.
