yayayayayayyaya! i finally made a build script that works with VC2010........it updates on the 52nd minute of every hour, and it has optimized builds, check it out, its in my signature

Checkout my latest project ( it is a program that downloads and compiles dolphin on mac and linux now): http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu-downloader (It's unofficial and maintained by me, not the dolphin dev team)

But that depends on the cpu and the build and how it was compiled. Plus their is a speedup just from using ICC regardless of which sse flag you're using. Technically dolphin uses sse3 code regardless of how you compile it.
