Not to sound patronizing but the source of the problem has clearly been documented here on the forums. This issue is due to having 32-bit DLLs installed on a 64-bit system. Your screenshot shows that you have the x64 and x86 (64 and 32-bit, respectively) versions of the MS C++ Redistibutable installed. You need only the x64 version. Uninstall everything (you probably don't need those old versions from 2005/2008 either) and use the 64-bit version. The main site's FAQ should have this covered with links.
