As far as i know, no, the emulator need more processor speed than ram

I don't think the speed of your RAM really makes much of a performance difference with Dolphin.

I gained 2 FPS in Samurai Warriors 3 (667 up to 800) not much though.As post above said , most depend on CPU

Ram doesn't really matter as far as emulation goes.

it really depends on the processor. 400mhz is really slow ram by today's standards. it could be causing a bottleneck in your system which faster ram would relieve. only one way to find out 8\

change your spped memory won¡t give you more fps, dolphin requires a good cpu and a nice gpu
