Hello!
Im having an issue with the external frame buffer and the consequences of having it off. If i turn XFB on i can play the game just fine, however the graphics are low res and i get this wierd green flicker at the edge of my screen. And when i turn it off, the game is really high res and the quality is as good as i've set it to in the graphics config, HOWEVER i cant see t Simply put, when i turn XFB on in the gameconfig it overrides my own graphic settings and just forces it to be low res and puts a wierd green flicker at the edge of my emulator window. And when i turn it off i get the proper high res graphics but i get this wierd grey/black screen during cinematics. So my noob question comes down to this, is there a way for me to play the game with high graphics/resolution WHILE being able to see the cinematics and not being pestered by that annoying green flickering effect? I've attached some pictures detailing the flickering issue and the graphical difference aswell. 10-30-2014, 03:40 AM
RealXFB is required for some effects. There's not much we can do about it currently; it likely would require a full rewrite of how XFB is handled to get what you want. That unfortunately means waiting a while for things to get cleared up.

Oh alright! Well thanks for the quick awnser!
Is there something i can do about the green flicker at the edge of the screen? 07-03-2016, 08:47 AM
I just recently played this game and encountered the same errors BjorzN did. The XFB settings were overridden by the game's .ini and as such the game was low resolution and didn't very good. I went into the game's .ini file afterwards and removed the XFB overrides, turned on Virtual XFB, and the game not only ran the same as it did before, but all the enhancements (resolution, antialiasing, et cetera) worked.
The only thing that doesn't seem to work are pre-rendered cutscenes and the LucasArts logo in the beginning. Turning on Real XFB fixes these but causes those problems. 12-13-2021, 10:44 AM
Does this game not have rumble? There's an in-game option for it but I can't get rumble on either a native GC controller or XSX controller. I get rumble on both controllers for all my other games
