I have dx11 any suggestions for that is it the same and if so I didn't really understand how to follow your suggestions for getting it working because I have the same half screen problem with an annoying sound to go with it and I looked through the graphics settings and did not see any of those options

In the gfx settings choose (EFB Copy) Enable to RAM. The sound is not fixable at the moment.
