Does your PC run the game at pretty much full framerate? The sensor bar theory might be correct also. Another test would be to try other games that use the motionplus, like Wii Sports Resort. All motionplus games should have the same problem.
Don't know if it's possible to edit posts or not, but couldn't find anything. I'm currently ripping Wii Sports Resort and thought I'd try some more Skyward Sword. After 10-ish minutes the motion plus went out of sync again and I did the calibration you can select in the item menu. The motion plus calibrated just fine but I couldn't get my pointer the show up at the center of the screen so again; I really think this is a (wireless) sensor bar issue.
@Skid: Forgot to mention it, but yes, the game runs at a solid 30fps at all times.
Are there any people who don't have this problem? What sensor bar and settings do you use? Hope the problem can be found soon because I can't beat the first boss without the game working properly
