Pressing right on the nunchuck stick should select the black bean. Works fine on mine. I currently have the nunchuck configured to use the left analog stick of my 360 controller.
Could you tell me what revision are you running? I believe this is a Dolphin bug.
PS: Isn't it painful to map the nunchuck to a game controller while you still have to press other buttons on keyboard?
I've done some experiments and found it very interesting.
A. Start Dolphin and choose to connect the Nunchuck, map the stick to keyboard, now the RIGHT direction of the stick doesn't work while Z-key is being held down, but other three directions work fine while Z-key is being held down.
B. Start Dolphin and choose to connect the Nunchuck, map the stick to a game controller, now all the four directions of the stick work fine while Z-key is being held down.
C. Start Dolphin and choose to connect the Classic Controller, map the left stick to keyboard, now the RIGHT direction of the stick doesn't work while Y-key is being held down, but other three directions work fine while Y-key is being held down.
D. Start Dolphin and choose to connect the Classic Controller, map the left stick to a game controller, now RIGHT direction of the stick works intermittently while Y-key is being held down, (you will be lucky to get one response from dozens of tries), but other thress directions are just fine.
E. Start Dolphin and choose to connect the Classic Controller, map the left stick to a game controller, then, change to connect the Nunchuck instead and map the stick to a game controller, now, the weirdest thing happens, RIGHT direction of the stick now works intermittently while Y-key is being held down, which is supposed to work perfectly as experiment B shows!
PS: If no other key is being held down, all directions work fine in all the above experiments.
