Can't seem to find an up to date solution for this specifically for mac.
I have the Nintendo wiiu gc USB adapter that I use with my M1 macbook with GCAdapterDriver. Runs perfectly on all GC games and classic controller supported wii games like Brawl and GoldenEye. I was wondering if possible, how to use the gamecube controller/adapter and map it as an emulated wiimote. I've seen it done on PC with xbox controllers for games like New Super Mario Bros wii. I want to do the same on my mac
When I try to configure in Dolphin controller emulated wii remote settings, I select the device dropdown and the only option is /0/Keyboard&Mouse. I would assume I'd want to see the GC adapter in the dropdown and map that accordingly? I've tried installing USBOverdrive and Enjoyable but those haven't worked don't even recognize the GC adapter.
Any help is appreciated! ty
