I was going to mention that as well. This pack has promise but it hasn't seen progress in months. Hypatia's been actively working on the project and even has a huge chunk of the environment and NPCs done as well. There should be a release after completing the Tower of the Gods.

This is my reply that i posted to a comment from StarLord... FIRST of all Star Lord whoever the fuck you are. It says we used Ishiiruka Dolphin, i didnt think i needed to keep posting that everytime when it should be clear by anyone who has been following this mod. SECOND, I dont do the Texture work, i been working on the Lighting that you call "Nothing more then turning knobs" this here shows me how much of a "Knob" you are. You would also know Alex up scaled most of the WW Original Textures using Photoshop originally before he was going to use the WWHD Textures. This is true up to 1.4. But you would also know that WWHD Textures ARE used in some parts. And if you where to Download 1.6 the newest version you would also see that even more of the WWHD textures are used with the end goal having all the textures maybe you didnt get this mod is a work in progress!. THIRD. We include the original released version of ishiiruka646. We didnt compile it. So go take it up with Tinob, the guy who builds Ishiiiruka for not including his source in his zip. However we have since included a link to the souce code... AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST! Alex has informed me that he has credit master killua for using his hud and title texture since version 1.0. Its only as a placeholder till he replaced them with his own textures, the is no issue here so i don't understand why your making one. Also alex informed me Tinob himself gave him permission to use his Ishiiruka Dolphin. Now ask the "Dolphin Team" what is their issue. ill wait for your reply even if i am banned by then...
I don't care what you guys do if you do it properly. You're not. Piracy is piracy, whether it's the original game, textures, or anything else.
If you're distributing a builds without linking to the source code is against GPL. Period. You can't go and take Tinob's build, distribute it in your project without linking to the source code. Let me give an example: If I were selling some kind of Wiimote accessory for Dolphin and on the CD contained a build of Dolphin. Even if I downloaded that build from the official website I would STILL need to link to the source code. Even though Dolphin isn't even the main part of what I was selling. Tinob includes a link to his source code in the post he uses to distribute his builds, for instance. He's doing nothing wrong. Beyond that: if you're using textures ripped from Wind Waker HD, that is still piracy, because those textures are unedited property of Nintendo. EDIT: I PERSONALLY don't care if you take textures from Wind Waker HD even, I think that most anti-piracy laws are stupid. But for the protection of our forums, anything associated with piracy will be removed. Also: Tinob cannot give you permission to distribute Dolphin without the source code. He is only one contributor to the entire project. There are hundreds total, and his work uses changes from many, many other people. But that's not why I'm opposed to it. I'm opposed to it because it blatantly ignores the copyright and authorship of what others have made. It's good that you're following the GPL now and giving credit to texture pack authors, but there is no way you're going to get away with including Nintendo's WWHD textures. 05-26-2016, 03:06 AM

We are not just simply going to be re using the HD textures. Alex has told me he will be modding them to be even higher res and more detailed. We are also trying to get more people who can do textures to join us. I only recently came onto this project myself, so i didnt really like Star Lord posting on my channel and calling me a thief when all i do is the Lighting work. Im currently learning how to use material maps to use more advanced shadows, but it would be great if we could get some more people who is good with texture work on our team. All we want is to try giving people the best WindWaker experience they can get on Dolphin.
