I think what he's referring to is the virtual option for efb copies, which stores the efb copies as a texture in video memory.
sorry i dont really remember the option, i'm far from home now, but if u try r7714 xtreme2damax u can play the game with the speed of efb to texture and the map is visible, and also the bloom effect is gone, its crystal clear with 4x internal resolution. it is best for wii zelda twilight princess
