Hi, I am currently having a problem with Dolphin where when I play two particular games, the speed is stays at 29 fps instead of 30. These two games are Skyward Sword and Xenoblade Chronicles. I have tried turning the frame limiter off just to see if the reason was because they were simply just going that slow, but the FPS goes higher than 30 so I know that's not the problem. It isn't really that noticeable on Skyward Sword, but on Xenoblade it seems to cause a slight issue where the voices and mouth movements are slightly desynced during text based cutscenes and it also causes the subtitles to show up about a half a second to a second late on normal cutscenes during the game. Also, just to note, this happens on older revisions as well as 3.5 and newer revisions of 3.5.
My specs are in my profile, the settings I am using are:
Config:
Dual-core - Enabled
Idle Skipping - Enabled
Graphics:
Direct3D9
Vsync
Enable Fullscreen
3x Native Resolution
Scaled EFB Copy
Ignore Format Chances
EFB Copy to Texture
Texture cache set to Fast
Disable External Frame Buffer
Fast Mipmaps
Disable Per-Pixel Depth
OpenMP Texture Decoder
DSP:
HLE Audio with XAudio2 at 48000MHz
Any and all help is appreciated, thank you in advance.
