electroincs production down
economy down it is NOT comparable to Chernobyl. Chernobyl was built badly, while Japan's power plant hasn't (and hopefully won't) explode after: - Magnitude 9 underwater earthquake - Magnitude 7 aftershock - over 800 different aftershocks ranging from Magnitude 4.5+ - Tsunami of 5-8 meteres tall Edit: an economic crisis is always expected after a disaster 04-15-2011, 03:26 PM
True true, but a economic crisis of this magnitude which he spoke of was actually kinda scary to hear about.
I thought I was watching a scene from a Hollywood movie or something, I mean the society which we're used to today will pretty much cease to exist. The consequences will be devastating if this is true. Somehow... it still sounds like sweet music to my ears. 04-17-2011, 06:32 AM

when a small group of people are allowed to put an entire ecosystem at risk for their own selfish intentions... this is what happens. will it happen again? yes. will hundreds of thousands of people unknowingly suffer from adverse effects for hundreds of years to come? yes. will people who profit from it continue to ignore and deny these facts? yes.

I don't think we ever can change, we're doomed really and we take other species down with us in the fall heck even the whole planet.

Yes we must rise up and end this madness we're doing to this planet, if not for ourselves then for our children's sake.
